RVU Career Advisors are available as ongoing resources for general career advising, including:

• • General advising about career exploration, including clarifying goals and priorities

• • Assistance with narrowing down career options that align with students' values and strengths

• • Guidance in developing effective and useful ePortfolios that outline students' career and professional development

• • Support in establishing and improving important elements of professionalism, including cultural competency, and interpersonal and communication skills.

• • Advice and aid in developing effective CV's, student bios and preparatory elements of the MSPE.

Trilce joined the RVU family in 2017 and has always been passionate about working with students. She was awarded the prestigious Erasmus International Scholarship from Universidad de Alcalá de Henares in Spain, where she completed her MA in Multilingual & Multicultural Education. She also holds an MA in Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus on Higher Education and Linguistics from Texas Tech University. Trilce’s true passion lies in empowering medical students to approach their career with a growth mindset. When she is not exploring beautiful Colorado with her husband, their two dogs and their adorable son Lucas, you can find her watching soccer games and talking about how the JEDI lessons from Star Wars can be applied to career advising.
