As many of our community members are out of the office enjoying a well-deserved vacation, we will keep this message short.
CRT Town Hall
The next employee-focused CRT Town Hall is scheduled for Wednesday, June 16th at noon. Everyone is encouraged to attend as important information will be shared in preparation to transition to Phase Green.
Vaccinations – Moving on up!
Reaching 85% compliance will permit us to move to Phase Green (and fewer restrictions) prior to July 1. Student vaccine compliance is currently at 80% in Colorado and 74% in Utah. Employees are at 70% compliance in Colorado and 78% in Utah.

Students and employees who still aren’t vaccinated must start that process quickly as we are nearing the deadline for compliance. To find a location near you, search vaccines.gov, text your zip code to 438829, or call 1-800-232-0233. For those in Colorado remember the RVHC also offers vaccine clinics. Please visit their website at www.rockyvistahc.com to schedule an appointment.

Employees upload their proof of vaccine on the iNet: Log in to the iNet, go to Faculty and Staff tab, then Forms. Complete the Proof of Vaccination Form located under the COVID-19 Related Forms section. The form is found here. Employees seeking a vaccine accommodation for religious or medical reasons may access the applicable forms on the iNet. They can also be found in the COVID-19 Related Forms section here as stated above. Please contact the HR Department with any questions.
Students are to upload a copy of the vaccine record at the SentryMD site found here. If an exemption for medical or religious reasons is needed, please complete the exemption form found at the bottom of the page at Rocky Vista University | Sentry MD.
