RVU Scholarships

  • Brandon Trusell Service MSBS Scholarship: This scholarship will be awarded to one incoming student who has demonstrated a commitment to service. The recipient will receive a tuition waiver of $2,500 ($1,250 per semester). This is a one-year award.
  • RVU Challenge MSBS Scholarship: This scholarship will be awarded to one incoming student who demonstrates that they have had to overcome previous or on-going hardships to get to where they are today. The recipient will receive a tuition waiver of $2,500 ($1,250 per semester). This is a one-year award.
  • 2022-2023 MSBS Diversity Scholarship: The Rocky Vista University (RVU) Master of Science in Biomedical Sciences (MSBS) Program recognizes that a racially and ethnically diverse student body benefits and enriches the educational experiences of all students, faculty, and staff. Our mission is to include students who will further enrich program diversity, and at every opportunity, support their academic and personal successes across their medical career continuum. We are committed to helping bright, motivated, and ethnically underrepresented students overcome financial barriers to achieve their medical career goals. In support of our mission, the MSBS Program is pleased to offer the 2021-2022 Full tuition MSBS Diversity Scholarship to eligible incoming students.

The University and the RVU Alumni Association offer several scholarships to incoming students each year. These scholarships are offered in the form of partial tuition waivers. Scholarship information and applications are available annually, during the spring prior to matriculation.

The Cost of Attendance (COA) is an estimate of the cost of attending RVU and maintaining a modest but adequate standard living. The COA includes tuition, fees (if applicable), books, supplies, health insurance, living expenses, transportation and miscellaneous costs. The COA varies by year in school and is updated annually.
