Jacquelyn Waller, PharmD, BCPS, Assistant Professor of Pharmacology, grew up in Northwest Colorado. She earned her Doctorate of Pharmacy from the University of Montana and completed her residency at the Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center and Children’s Hospital in Spokane, Washington. As a resident, Dr. Waller gained clinical experience with rotations in antimicrobial stewardship, pediatrics, internal medicine, critical care, transplant, and cardiology. She also held an adjunct faculty position at the Washington State University School of Pharmacy where she lectured in therapeutics and led small group case presentations. In addition to serving as a full-time faculty member at Rocky Vista University, Dr. Waller is a board-certified pharmacotherapy specialist and assists in clinical trial coordination at the Rocky Vista Health Center. In her spare time, she loves to be outdoors skiing, hiking, running, and camping.
