Josh was born and raised in St. George and graduated from Hurricane High School. He attended the Sonoran Desert Institute, earning certificates in Gunsmithing and as a Pistol Specialist. His professional background includes both unarmed and armed security roles, including positions at Caterpillar and a National Guard air base in Illinois.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending as much time as possible with his children. His hobbies include working on cars—both his own and those of family members—visiting the family’s land to relax or help with projects, as well as hunting, fishing, and hiking in the mountains.
