Kristin Mugleston has been with Rocky Vista University since the Utah campus opened in 2017. As the Coordinator for Tracks and Special Programs, she enjoys working closely with students and being a small part of their journey into medicine.
With more than 30 years of executive administrative and project management experience, primarily in higher education, Kristin is passionate about supporting students, faculty, and programs that foster learning, growth, and meaningful experiences.
Outside of work, Kristin enjoys spending time with her husband, two children, and a mini Goldendoodle, who keep life fun and busy. She has a passion for travel and loves experiencing new cultures, trying local foods, and learning from people of diverse backgrounds. She also enjoys attending theater performances and concerts whenever she has the chance.
One of Kristin’s most rewarding experiences was participating in an RVU Spring Break service trip to Peru, where she had the opportunity to serve others, build lasting relationships, and experience firsthand the impact of global outreach.
Whether coordinating programs, planning experiences, or supporting students along the way, Kristin is passionate about building meaningful relationships, creating opportunities for connection and growth, and helping create memories that students will carry with them for years to come.
