Dr. Regan A. Stiegmann is a double board-certified Active Duty Flight Surgeon in the United States Air Force stationed at the USAF Academy, Colorado Springs, CO. She completed her Preventive Medicine residency training at the Uniformed Services University/Walter Reed with a subspecialization in Lifestyle Medicine. Dr. Stiegmann currently serves as co-director of the Digital Health Track at Rocky Vista University's Colorado and Utah campuses. Dr. Stiegmann is passionate about human performance optimization, positive psychology, and health promotion. Over the past decade, Dr. Stiegmann has proudly served in many leadership roles in a variety of nationally and internationally recognized medical platforms such as the American College of Preventive Medicine and the American College of Lifestyle Medicine. She also is also affiliated with numerous medical colleges and health care mediums where she is integrating and launching the Lifestyle Medicine movement within the next generation of allied health professionals. She is the Vice President of Medical Affairs for the digital therapeutics startup OWaves (www.owaves.com), as well as the Military Liaison Officer for the first evidence-based performance nutrition film ever made, The Game Changers (www.gamechangersmovie.com). She received her Osteopathic Medical Degree from Rocky Vista University College of Osteopathic Medicine. She also holds a BS in Biopsychology from the University of California Santa Barbara.
