Rocky Vista University (RVU) Southern Utah campus location is located in Ivins, Utah, approximately 15 minutes from downtown St. George. The two-story 104,000 square feet academic center complements the natural scenery of the area. It includes two 200-seat lecture halls, three seminar rooms, 36 breakout rooms, an osteopathic clinical skills lab, a full dissection gross anatomy lab, a multipurpose, neuroanatomy, and ultrasound lab, a simulation center, standardized patient rooms, and a 4,300 square foot library. The Southern Utah campus (RVUCOM-SU) also includes a 23,000 square foot medical office building across the street, for administrative offices and a future medical clinic. Additionally, the Southern Utah Veterans Home, which is adjacent to the campus, provides students with longitudinal care experience.

Rocky Vista University (RVUCOM-SU) currently offers two programs: Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO), and Master of Science in Biomedical Sciences (MSBS).

The College of Osteopathic Medicine at Rocky Vista University consists of four years of full-time academic and clinical programs. The first two years comprise pre-clinical studies on campus integrating case-based learning followed by two years of clinical education.

The Master of Science in Biomedical Sciences is a 9-month (30 semester hour) degree program. The program provides an opportunity for students with diverse backgrounds and life experience to strengthen their educational foundation in the biomedical sciences, cultivate critical thinking skills, and prepare for careers in the health sciences.
