Ben Graf, LPCC is a Mental Health and Wellness Therapist serving the Colorado campus community at RVU. He holds a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs and is currently pursuing full licensure as a professional counselor in the state of Colorado. Ben uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Solution Focused approaches to help clients foster positive senses of meaning and purpose in life. Ben takes an existentially based, lifespan-oriented, and holistic approach to therapy to help clients develop skills to manage anxiety, depression, stress, and trauma. He strives to provide a safe and therapeutic space for clients to explore their thoughts, emotions, and strengths from the context of their unique worldviews. Ben looks forward to working with individuals from diverse populations. He strives to be a strong advocate for all his clients. In his free time, Ben enjoys drawing and painting, he also loves cooking, hiking, reading, and playing video games. As a former researcher and college instructor, Ben is eager to support the student community of RVU in their journey towards becoming medical professionals.
